How long will my order take?

Orders are printed fresh and dispatched within 2–3 business days, then delivered within 2–5 business days.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. We accept prepaid orders only, through secure online payment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we’ll replace it for free. Just email us within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video.

Why do I need an unboxing video?

It’s the only way we can verify transit damage with our courier partners and process your replacement quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, before it goes into production.

Are your designs original?

Yes. Every design is created in-house, never stock art, and made in limited runs.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. We currently ship across India only.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
